IYENGAR YOGA

Jo has been teaching in the local community for many years and opened Bellarine Peninsula yoga studio, Drysdale in 2005.
PILATES
Gemma Duff is an Internationally certified Pilates instructor with a broad range of qualifications and experience spanning over the past 11 years. She has been comprehensively trained in both Mat and Studio equipment and is very proud to be the first person in regional Victoria to be a graduate of the International BASI teacher training program.
Through classes with Gemma you will discover the joy of movement as you increase strength and improve flexibility. You will begin to feel more balanced, aligned, co-ordinated and stable in your everyday movement resulting in less muscle tension and more relaxed and efficient movement.
MEDITATION
Heather Fraser is an experienced Meditation and Relaxation teacher with a background in education and holistic healing. She draws on over 25 years of professional and personal practice and an exploration and study of a wide range of philosophies and practices.
In Heather’s classes, you are introduced to Feeling Breath Meditation. You will learn the practices of release and rebalancing breath exercises, which help the freeing of attention into the meditative process.
Feeling Breath Meditation also teaches exercises to reintegrate the body’s energy pathways. These exercises are suitable for all levels of skill and ability and can be used to immediately and effectively reduce feelings of stress.
Steve Kientzle aims to enhance human performance for well-being through rehabilitation. He has a 5 year degree in Exercise and Movement Science with an understudy in Kinesiology. He is also a certified Health Specialist by the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) standards.
